Do you have access to properties being marketed by all agents?
Yes. We have access to all agents’ properties, and also to off-market properties represented by intermediaries such as private banks.
How and when do you get paid?
We are paid a retainer fee when we enter into a search contract with a new client. Upon a successful acquisition being completed the seller pays a commission, which is based on a percentage of the purchase price.
Does your service guide me through the negotiation process in addition to finding me a property?
Yes, we offer a complete acquisition service. Once retained, we spend time understanding your specific needs before conducting a systematic search, identifying properties that may be of interest to you, and subsequently negotiating on your behalf. This service continues through to the closing of the transaction and beyond. Our goal is to make the buying process seamless.
Is my confidentiality guaranteed?
We have been working with and advising high-net-worth clients, family offices, and private banks for many years. Our ability to maintain our clients confidentiality is key to our success.
Will I end up competing with your other clients who may be looking for the same thing?
